Relationship &  Attachment Focused Therapy

Loving, secure, protective relationships help us heal and support a full, embodied life

We are profoundly influenced by our relationships with others. From our caregivers, partners, friends, co-workers, animals, and strangers, interactions can have a drastic effect on how we show up each day.

The body holds implicit attachment wounds

Have you ever gotten upset by your partner simply walking out of the room? Chances are, you’re having an implicit somatic memory of abandonment, likely from very early in life. This isn’t something we explicitly think about — it just tends to run the show a lot of the time.

Using somatic attachment work, we can actually begin to rewire the attachment system toward present healthy relationships.

Everyone’s relationship path looks different

I support people who are polyarmours, monogamous, exploring BDSM dynamics, asexual, and happily single. Regardless of path, people seem to feel at their best when they’re more connected with themselves and others.

Let me show you how I can help

Whether you’re struggling with lack of desire to connect, fear of getting too close, or feeling unsafe and checked out in a relationship, it is possible to reconnect with your innate biological health in attachment.
